Leaside Plumbing started as a family business in the east end of Toronto over 25 years ago.  We have built a solid reputation in the community with our competitive pricing and solid customer service.  Tom realized that a unique niche in the plumbing trade was being sorely neglected.  Most plumbers need to take on large renovation jobs or contracts that demand a significant amount of time and resources.  The result being that when a customer calls with a repair request, the plumber is often too busy to help them.  Leaside Plumbing is the first company in Toronto to focus exclusively on repairs, we avoid getting tied up on larger projects because we want to be available when you need us.  Emergencies don't wait till there is a plumber handy.

Since those early days, other companies have followed our example and begun to offer the same emergency services.  What makes Leaside Plumbing unique?  Well...   in stark contrast with the larger companies out there, we focus on your best interests, as the customer.  We don't recommend unnecessary, costly replacements of equipment or fixtures.  We help you to get the most value out of what you already own.  Repairs may not be as profitable as selling something new to homeowners, but our philosophy goes back to our roots as a family business.  We have found that a reputation is more important, and if we provide outstanding customer service and treat your home like it is our own, then you will become a lifetime customer and refer your friends and neighbors.  That is the goal we strive for each and every day.
